Return Policy

Returns must be made within 10 days.

Garden Fountains:   Items returned will receive full credit minus a $15.00 return handling fee and all shipping fees.

Grace Note Chimes:  Items returned, unopened, will receive full credit for the item minus shipping.  Opened items are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all shipping fees.

For an item that does not work upon receipt, contact us immediately.

 For an item damaged in shipment, contact the carrier to file a claim.
